So jealous. There’s no way in hell I could ever actually surf that but still, just to be there.

I approve Google.
I just got in a fight with a German and after a long battle and bloody knuckles I kicked its ass….. er tire.
German engineering while incredibly safe is incredibly stupid. The jack for the Jetta was possibly the stupidest piece of metal I’ve ever seen, which is saying something because there are a number of Subaru’s driving loitering around… My friend was in trouble today and I got to help her out and even though it was something relatively small, changing her flat, it turned out to be quite interesting.
Now, I know how to change a tire. I’ve done it multiple times and never with any problems. But this Jetta was a pain in the ass. It has special tools and one lugnut and bolt that requires a special ‘key’ that they hide under the spare. My friend called the Jetta hotline , while I was fighting the car and looking for the ‘key’, and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. He obviously has never changed a Jetta’s tire.
But long story sort of shorter – I changed the damn tire, scraped up my knuckles so it actually looks like I was in a fight. My friend is damn proud of me, her dad is sort of impressed, and I’m damn content.

This new Alice show is incredibly strange. I'm not quite sure what exactly my thoughts are on it yet.
Other than the fact that every person has an awkwardly shaped nose.
I'm currently writing an essay on gun control.
It sucks so far.
Has to be five pages and we have to turn in at least two by tommrow.
Did I mention that it sucks so far?
There is seriously a show devoted to the world's ugliest dogs.
Really. Wtf.
For my senior “Hero Project” me and a few friend decided to work with Soldiers Angels. A lot of our family members have been in the service and a lot of our friends are in there now, or are joining soon. I figured I’d just write a few letters maybe mail a few care packages and that would be it. Easy points.
This weekend though, my group and myself sat out front of Albertson’s with our Soldiers Angels booth and homemade ‘support our troops’ sign paired with a glass tea jar to hold donations. I didn’t really expect to receive much, I know that I personally walk right past every person asking for money outside a store. But on Friday we made a little over $300.00 and today we even made more. I’m so shocked about how much we collected but what turned out to be even better was the veterans who would come up to us and tell us how much this meant to them or having mothers and grandmothers come up to us and tell us about how their sons and daughters are fighting over seas and just how scared they were. We had old men sit down with us and tell us about WWII and they’d pull out their challenge coins and tell us stories about their service.
It was so personal and just so amazing to me. I never expected anything like this. Though, I guess that was the point of the project.
getting ready to watch New Moon, but make no mistake, its for the shirtless men.
